1. Owner and Legal Information

By accessing and using My Perfect Gift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

3. Service Description

My Perfect Gift is a platform for gift inspiration and advice. We provide suggestions via our AI assistant "Freddie", guides on the Blog, and organized lists of products. My Perfect Gift is not an online store (e-commerce).

Our service consists of redirecting users to third-party e-commerce sites (marketplaces) where they can purchase the suggested products.

When you create a Wishlist and a third person makes a purchase, the shipping address of the Gift receiver (i.e. your address) is never revealed to the giver, being managed directly by the partner Marketplace (e.g. Amazon) specifically to guarantee your maximum privacy.

4. Registration and User Account

To access advanced features such as the "Wishlist" and "Search History", you must create an account. You declare that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country).
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.
• Are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites (Affiliation)

This is a fundamental point of our service. The Site contains links to third-party websites (e.g. Amazon, eBay) over which we have no control.

The user acknowledges and agrees that My Perfect Gift is not responsible for:

• The actual purchase of the product.
• The financial transaction.
• The quality, safety, or legality of the purchased product.
• Shipping, delivery, or any returns.

Any transaction made is strictly between the user and the third-party marketplace, and is subject to that seller's terms of service and privacy policy. Our business model is based on affiliate commissions generated when a user purchases through our links, at no additional cost to the user.

In no event shall the Owner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or Freddie's suggestions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Although the AI assistant "Freddie" is designed to provide high-quality suggestions based on the data provided, we do not guarantee that a gift will be "perfect" or appreciated by the recipient. The Owner will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for disappointment or unsatisfactory purchase) resulting from the use or inability to use the suggestions provided by the Site.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian State. For any dispute, the court of Perugia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
