By accessing and using My Perfect Gift, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agrees that they are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

3. Description of Service

My Perfect Gift is a consultancy and inspiration platform for gifts. We provide suggestions through our AI assistant "Freddie," guides on the Blog, and organized product lists. My Perfect Gift is not an online store (e-commerce).

Our service consists of redirecting users to third-party e-commerce sites (marketplaces) where they can purchase the suggested products.

When you create a Wishlist and a third party makes a purchase, the shipping address of the Gift recipient (i.e., your address) is never revealed to the donor, as it is managed directly by the partner Marketplace (e.g., Amazon) specifically to ensure your maximum privacy.

4. Registration and User Account

To access advanced features such as the "Wishlist" and "Search History," it is necessary to create an account. The user represents and warrants that:

• They are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their country).
• They provide true and updated information during registration.
• They are solely responsible for the custody and security of their password.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites (Affiliation)

This is a fundamental aspect of our service. The Site contains links to third-party websites (e.g., Amazon, eBay) over which we have no control.

The user acknowledges and agrees that My Perfect Gift is not responsible for:

• The actual purchase of the product.
• The financial transaction.
• The quality, safety, or legality of the purchased product.
• Shipping, delivery, or any returns.

Any transaction carried out is exclusively between the user and the third-party marketplace, and subject to the terms of service and privacy policy of that seller. All content present on this Site, including (but not limited to) the logo, design, text, graphics, the name "My Perfect Gift," and the "Freddie" assistant brand, are the exclusive property of nfsociety (the Controller) and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. User Conduct

The user agrees not to use the Site to:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.

8. Indemnification

The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Controller and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from: (i) the improper use of the Site by the user; (ii) the violation of any of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The My Perfect Gift service is provided "as-is." We provide no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose of the suggestions provided. In no event shall the Controller be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or Freddie's suggestions.

10. Limitation of Liability

While the AI assistant "Freddie" is designed to provide high-quality suggestions based on the data provided, we provide no guarantee that a gift will be "perfect" or appreciated by the recipient. The Controller shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for disappointment or unsatisfactory purchase) arising from the use or inability to use the suggestions provided by the Site.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian State. For any dispute, the Court of Perugia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
