Freddie is an AI Assistant, not a simple search engine. He analyzes the complete profile of the recipient (age, passions, occasion) to calculate a compatibility score, suggesting only the products with the highest probability of being appreciated.
What information should I provide to Freddie to get optimal results?
The key information is: recipient (who it is), occasion (why you are gifting), and interests/passions (what they like). The more details you provide to Freddie, the better the suggestions will be and therefore the more the list of gifts will be surgically precise. Try telling him:
- Who it is for: "my brother", "my best friend", "my boss".
- Age: "is turning 30".
- Occasion: "graduation", "Christmas", "birthday".
- Interests: "loves cooking", "is a Star Wars fan", "likes gardening".

What happens to the data I give to Freddie?
The data you provide is used by Freddie to create the recipient's profile or your personal profile. The data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and used only to improve the quality of the suggestions.
Can I save the gift searches I made with Freddie?
Certainly. Once registered, every completed search is saved in your Search History, allowing you to review or reuse gift ideas for the future without having to start over.
Can Freddie ask questions about budget limits?

Is Freddie available 24/7?
Yes, being an AI-based assistant, Freddie is available to assist you in your gift search 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Are Freddie's suggestions sorted?
Yes, based on our algorithm that we have specifically developed for this Service, the gift suggestions provided by Freddie are sorted according to the compatibility score with the recipient's profile and are provided to you from highest to lowest.
If the search is unsuccessful, does Freddie offer alternatives?
If the initial search does not generate a high level of compatibility, Freddie will ask you to refine the details or will explore related categories to ensure he always offers you valid and surprising options.
Account and Wishlists
Why should I register?
Registration (free) unlocks the most powerful feature: Wishlists. You can create different lists (e.g. "My Birthday", "Wedding List", "Kids Gift Ideas") and add the products you find. But above all, you can share your lists with friends and relatives, to finally receive only the gifts you truly desire!
What are the advantages of creating a My Perfect Gift Account?
The account allows you to save all searches done with Freddie, create your User Profile with specific preferences, and manage/share your Wishlist to receive only perfect gifts.
How do I create a Wishlist?
After creating your Account, you can use Freddie to fill out your User Profile. Subsequently, you can browse the catalog and click on the specific button on each product page to add the item to your List.
Can I create multiple Wishlists?
Yes, it is possible to create multiple Wishlists, perhaps for different occasions (e.g. "Birthday 2026", "Christmas List", "Gifts for the new Home") or for different groups of friends and family.
What is the limit of products I can put in the Wishlist?
There is no strict limit. You can enter all the products you want, although we recommend keeping the list updated and manageable to make it easier for your friends to choose.
How do I share my Wishlist?
Once you have created a list in your user profile, you will have an option to make it "Public" or "Private". If you set it to public, you will get a unique link (e.g. myperfectgift.shop/list/my-list) that you can send to anyone via WhatsApp, email, or social media.
Can I share my Wishlist securely?
Absolutely. Your list is private until you decide to share it via a unique and secure link. You can revoke it at any time.
Does the friend buying the gift see my shipping address?
No, privacy is total. The purchase and shipping details are managed entirely by the partner marketplace (e.g. Amazon), which sends the gift to your address without the giver knowing it.
How do I know if a gift has already been purchased from my list?
The system is updated in real time by the marketplace. After the purchase, the item will be marked as "Purchased" or "Gifted" for other friends and family members who view your list, avoiding duplicates.
Can I change my gift preferences after creating my Profile?
Yes, you can update your User Profile and preferences at any time. This ensures that Freddie can continue to provide you with up-to-date and relevant suggestions.
What happens if I forget my password?
No problem. On the "Login" page, you will find a "Forgot Password?" link. Click it and follow the instructions: we will send you an email with a link to safely reset your password.
Can I delete my Account?
Yes, you can delete your Account at any time from your User Profile settings. All saved data (searches and lists) will be permanently removed.
